I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
PEDESTRIAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN
DEVELOPMENT AND BICYCLE
TRANSPORTATION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of
Cupertino will hold a public meeting on Janu-
ary 25, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Quinlan Com-
munity Center (10185 N Stellmy Road) to solicit
public input regarding Cupertino's walkability
for the City's Pedestrian Transportation Plan
Update. The Pedestrian Plan is a companion
document the City's recent) updated Bicycle
Transportation Plan. The Pedestrian Transpor-
tation Plan provides guidelines to promote a
pedestrian friendly environment in public
spaces, including streets and off -streets
paths, encourage walking by enhancing con-
venience, safety and attractiveness.
Additionally, the City will provide an update
and solicit feedback on the recent progress re-
lated to implementation of the Bicycle Trans-
portation Plan.
