RESOLUTION NO. 6952
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF SLOPE EASEMENT
FROM BARBARA AND ALAN STOCKLMEIR
LOCATED AT STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AT CUPERTINO ROAD
WHEREAS, BARBARA AND ALAN STOCKLMEIR, Grantor, have executed a Grant of
Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino,
Grantee, and easement of slope purposes over the property situate in the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.034
acre, located along Stevens Creek Boulevard at Cupertino Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said Grant
so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of City Council of the City of
Cupertino on the 2nd day of September, 19~, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate within the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of "Parcel 2" as shown upon the Record of Survey recorded in
Book 190 of Maps at Page 7, Santa Clara County Records, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly boundary corner of said "Parcel 2", said point
being the intersection of the northwesterly right of way line of Stevens Creek
Boulevard with the northeasterly right of way line of Cupertino Road (shown as
Old Stevens Creek Road) upon said map;
Thence from said point of beginning, along said northwesterly right of way line
of Stevens Creek Boul evard, N 72° 26' 38" E, 62.39 feet to the True Poi nt of
Beginning;
Thence from said True Point of Beginning, leaving said northwesterly right of
way 1 i ne of Stevens Creek Boul evard, N 63° 01' 00" E, 53.73 feet;
Thence N 67° 44' 10" E, 51.17 feet;
Thence N 77° 33' 01" E, 47.19 feet;
Thence N 85° 09' 33" E, 39.98 feet to a point in said northwesterly right of
way line of Stevens Creek Boulevard;
Thence along said northwesterly right of way line of Stevens Creek Boulevard,
S 72° 26' 38" W, 190.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
