LANDSCAPING FOR A PORTION

C 1ST REVISION.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Exhibit C 1st Revision of this application shall be modified to include
the addition of screening shrubbery on the. south side of Mariani Avenue
between the two redwood groves located in the planter between the two
driveway openings serving the subject property.
9. The arbutus unedo proposed for installation on the south property line of
the project as shown on Exhibit C 1st Revision shall be extended eastward
from its present t'crmirius, and westward along the south property line from
the eastern most grove of redwood trees.
10. Exhibit C 1st Revision shall be modified to reflect an average 25 ft.
wide landscape area along Mariani Avenue which shall be accomplished, as
necessary, by conversion of parking spaces at the northeast corner of
the site to compact vehicle dimensions.
11. The proposed ground sign location shown on Exhibit C 1st Revision is not
approved; final location of the ground sign shall be subject to Architectural
and Site Approval Committee approval at a future public hearing.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee:-of'the City of Cupertino,
