OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF DESIGN AND MATERIALS FOR A GROUND SIGN FOR
A SHOPPING CENTER COMPLEX AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT
F 2ND REVISION AND AS PERMITTED UNDER SIGN EXCEPTION
APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 667 OF THIS C01`Q4ITTEE

ADDRESS: 235 Montgomery Street, Suite 920, San Francisco, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Be Anza Boulevard between Bollinger Road
and Silverado Avenue
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Background material of this ground sign shall be of slumpstone matching
the existing Coco's Restaurant ground sign located at 10630 South De Anza
Boulevard.
9. Height of the grourfd sign shall be 4 ft. maximum above crown of the lawn
area between the two driveway entrances serving the site, or 5 ft. above
the public sidewalk adjacent to said location, whichever is less.
10. The ground sign shall be a maximum of 6 ft. in length, with sign copy
specifications as per Exhibit F 2nd Revision.*
11. Substitutions in slumpstone material referenced in Condition No. 8 of
this resolution must be approved by the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee prior to issuance of a building permit.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Commit.tee'of the city of Cupertino,
