PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato-Berg APPLICANT: Sobrato-Berg ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California 94306 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Easterly of and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard and extending southerly from the intersection of North De Anza Boulevard and Route 280 for a distance of approximately 2,500 ft. CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. If on July 1, 1977, the developer does not have on file with the City of Cupertino an application for development of the plus or minus 2.43 acre area at the southwest corner of the site as shown on Exhibit A 1st Revision, the developer shall return to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee with a landscaping plan for said area.
