OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ON -SITE LANDSCAPING FOR AN INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE
COMPLEX AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS C-8, C-9, C-10, and
C-11.

ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California 94306
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Easterly of and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard and
extending southerly from the intersection of North De Anza
Boulevard and Route 280 for a distance of approximately
2,500 ft.
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. If on July 1, 1977, the developer does not have on file with the City of
Cupertino an application for development of the plus or minus 2.43 acre
area at the southwest corner of the site as shown on Exhibit A 1st Revision,
the developer shall return to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee
with a landscaping plan for said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 197.6, at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
