OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A WALL MOUNTED INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED TENANT SIGN,
AND A TENANT -.-PANEL FOR AN EXISTING FREESTANDING SIGN
FOR A RETAIL CLOTHING STORE AS SHOWN.ON EXHIBITS F
AND F -l.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The proposed panel for the lower portion of the freestanding sign shall
conform to materials, color, and design concept as described on Exhibit
F of this application.
9. The dimensions of the tenant sign portion of this application shall be
as follows: Height - 3 ft.; Length - 15 ft.
10. The colors for the tenant sign portion of this application shall be
#2283 Red, #2025 Black, #W-7420 White all Rohm and Haas plexiglass or
equivalent. .
11. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee, or its staff shall
reserve the right to review lighting intensity of the signs approved
under this resolution following their installation, upon receipt by
the City of Cupertino of complaints relative to such lighting intensity.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1976, at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
