Appleberry ADDRESS: 22462 Salem Avenue, #2, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Tract #2769, Lot 51, La Cresta Unit #2, Alpine Drive STATEMENT OF FINDINGS: The following findings shall be reported to the City Council with respect to this application: 1. On -site parking is adequate. 2. Architectural design of the building is acceptable with selection of tile roofing material and with the exception of setback intrusion of the balcony staircase into the side yard at the north end of the property. 3. On -site landscaping is acceptable with the selection of glossy privet planted at the rear property line and extending a total of 15 ft. along the side property line from the northeast and southeast corners of the property. 4. Grading is satisfactory subject to staff approval. 5. Lighting is satisfactory subject to staff approval. 6.
