RESOLUTION NO. 668
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A
TRIPLEX DESIGN AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS A 1ST REVISION
AND B 1ST REVISION.

STATEMENT OF FINDINGS:
The following findings shall be reported to the City Council with respect to this
application:
1. On -site parking is adequate.
2. Architectural design of the building is acceptable with selection of tile
roofing material and with the exception of setback intrusion of the balcony
staircase into the side yard at the north end of the property.
3. On -site landscaping is acceptable with the selection of glossy privet planted
at the rear property line and extending a total of 15 ft. along the side
property line from the northeast and southeast corners of the property.
4. Grading is satisfactory subject to staff approval.
5. Lighting is satisfactory subject to staff approval.
6. The rear setback distance as shown on Exhibit A 1st Revision is not congruent
with the City Council's rear setback guidelines suggested to the applicant
at the City Council meeting of October 5., 1976; on this basis, the application
is therefore denied.
