PROPERTY OWNER: Ichiro Morita and Anthony Tuite, Trustees APPLICANT: Any Mountain, Ltd. (Eldon R. Hoffman) ADDRESS: 20630 Valley Green Drive, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of the intersection of De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. Location of the trash enclosure shall be subject to staff approval, and must be adequately landscaped and/or screened from public view. 9. Bicycle parking on this site shall be as designated on Exhibit A 2nd Revision. 10. Approval of the landscaped setback design along Mariani Avenue is found to be consistent with the rewording of Conceptual Plan Guideline 2.7.2 suggested by the Planning Commission on October 11, 1976, and is subject to affirmation of said Planning Commission recommendation by the City Council on November 1, 1976. 11. The applicants may post a bond for landscaping improvements on the site. The applicants will return to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee with a final, comprehensive landscaping plan within thirty (30) days of the establishment of a maintenance district for North De Anza Boulevard.
