OF THE CITY OF 'CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A GROUND SIGN FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AS SHOWN
ON EXHIBITS F AND F-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato-Berg Properties
APPLICANT: ' Zilog, Inc.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of McClellan Road and Bubb Road
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Color selection for the approved ground sign shall be subject to staff
approval at the building permit level.
9. Permission for installation of this sign is contingent upon recordation of
final parcel map approved under City of Cupertino application 23 -TM -76.
by November 30, 1976; if said final map recordation is not accomplished by
November 30, 1976, this recommendation of approval is null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
