OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF'CUPERTINO RECOM11ENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF SITE"FOR AN INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE
COMPLEX AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT A-3.
PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato-Berg
APPLICANT: Sobrato-Berg
ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Easterly of and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard and
extending southerly from the intersection of North De Anza
Boulevard and Route 280 for a distance of approximately
2,500 feet.
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The applicant shall enclose the propane/nitrogen tank area with a 10 ft.
chain link redwood slat fence. Openings in the fence line shall be .
provided as per safety requirements of appropriate reviewing agencies.
ADDITIONAL FINDINGS:
The Committee recommends that Condition No. 26 of Planning Commission Resolution
No. 1568 be reworded to reflect the intent of the recommendation suggested on
Page 12 of the acoustical report of Edward L. Pack and Associates dated
October 19, 1976.
The Committee wishes the public record to reflect their preference for
businesses in the Sobrato-Berg project to encourage the use of gasoline powered
delivery vehicles over diesel powered vehicles. The Committee further prefers
that the overall use of diesel powered vehicles on the site be held to a
minimum level.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
