PROPERTY OWNER: Donald A. Miner APPLICANT: B.A.S. Homes, Inc. ADDRESS: 10050 North Wolfe Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Easterly and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard approximately 625 ft. northerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and North De Anza Boulevard CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. ,-. 8. Condition No. 9 of Architectural and Site Approval Committee Resolution No. 647 is hereby amended to read as follows: "The wall shall maintain a consistent height above grade of six (6) feet. Grade breaks of six (6) inches or less shall be as few as possible consistent with proper engineering practice." 9. Color of the. wall surface will be "sand pebble", color of the supporting columns for the wall will be "oxford brown". 10. Staff is directed by this resolution to coordinate continuity of sound wall surface finishes along the north and west property lines of Lot 8 and the north and east property lines of Lot 47 of the B.A.S. Homes subdivision.
