OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF'CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURE, GRADING, LIGHTING AN1a.SIGNING FOR A
COMMERCIAL BUILDING TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF NORTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD AND MARIANI AVENUE AS
INDICATED ON EXHIBITS B AND D.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mr and Mrs. Ichiro Morita
APPLICANT: Any Mountain, Ltd. (Eldon R. Hoffman)
ADDRESS: 20630 Valley Green Drive, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of the intersection of North De Anza
Boulevard and Mariani Drive
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The applicant shall provide ten (10) bicycle spaces near the store entrance.
9. The applicant shall coordinate the design of a bus stop shelter structure
with the Architectural and Site Approval Committee and the County Transit
District.
10. Final arrangement of lighting fixtures to be located on the site shall be
subject to staff approval.
11. The site and landscaping portion of this application shall be continued
until such time as the Planning Commission recommends and clarifies policy
guidelines with respect to certai:i=aspects of design standards for the
De..Anza Boulevard Conceptual Plan.
