HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 659HC -51,395.1 RESOLUTION NO. 659 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR A 28 UNIT SINGLE- FAMILY CLUSTER RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS C-lA, C -2A, C -3A, C-4 and A-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Louis Stocklmeir APPLICANT: May Investment Company ADDRESS: 21060 Homestead Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the common lawn area shown on Exhibit C-lA shall contain a putting green at the west end of the lawn area only. Further, access to this common lawn area/putting green shall be provided from Scenic Boulevard. 9. Planting material subject to staff approval shall be installed on the east property line of the subdivision with the intent of providing a barrier to access between the subdivision and neighborhing property on the east. Responsibility for maintenance of this planting material on the east property shall rest with the subdivision homeowners association. 10. Street trees installed on the east side of Scenic Boulevard shall be staggered in their distance from the curb line of the street. 11. The developer shall prepare an inventory of all existing trees on the site, identifying those trees to be removed and those to be retained, the location of each, and an evaluation of the health of each such tree. The developer shall supply a copy of said inventory to staff along with a comprehensive tree protection plan at the building permit level. 12. The designated Osteospermum African Queen specified as ground cover for Lots 11 through 14 on Exhibit C -2A shall be changed to the alternative selection Gazania Copper King. 13. If, in the professional opinion of the Fire Marshal or Chief Building Official, a graded fire break is required behind Units 25 through 28, said fire break shall be constructed to the minimum width permissible. 14.
