OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDI;TG APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING, AND
LIGHTING FOR A TRIPLEX DEVELOPMENT AS SHOWN
ON EXHIBIT A, B AND INFORMATIONAL.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Tract # 2769, La Cresta Unit #2, Alpine Drive
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. A thermopane window shall be installed on the north wall of the master
bedroom above the recessed parking apron.
9. The applicant shall provide a trash enclosure to he located in the
northeast corner of the recessed parking apron.
10. The applicant shall submit to staff at the building permit level a
comprehensive landscaping plan for the site reflecting those revisions
provided in the conditions of approval contained in this Resolution
No. 658.
11. Two 15 -gallon trees, subject to staff approval, shall be added along the
side property lines at the north and east corners of the site.
12. Selection of a tree specie to be planted along the rear property line
of the site shall be subject to staff approval, and shall be certified
by a competent nursery specialist that the specie selected will attain
compact growth habit of at least 20 ft. in height.
13. An additional lighting fixture shall be added to the north elevation
illuminating the steps from the recessed driveway apron to the small
garden area at the north property line, and that a bracket type lamp
shall be installed at the north side yard of the rear most apartment
unit.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
