OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND GRADING FOR A 28 SINGLE-
FAMILY CLUSTER RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS SHOWN ON
EXHIBITS A, B, B-1, B-2, B-3, D, D-1 and D-2(MODIFIED)

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard
CONDITIONS:

9. That a revised grading plan reflecting pertinent conditions of approval
enumerated in this Resolution No. 656 shall be submitted to staff for
review and approval prior to commencement of any on -site grading.
10. Prior to commencement of any on -site grading, the applicant will submit
to staff a comprehensive inventory of all trees on the property to include
trunk diameter, specie, general condition, and showingwhichtrees if any
are to be removed. The applicant must also include a plan for installation
of protective devices around trees which will be retained on the site.
11. The lighting and landscaping portion of this application are continued to
the September 23, 1976 Architectural and Site Approval Committee hearing.
