HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 656HC -51,395.1 RESOLUTION NO. 656 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND GRADING FOR A 28 SINGLE- FAMILY CLUSTER RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS A, B, B-1, B-2, B-3, D, D-1 and D-2(MODIFIED) PROPERTY OWNER: Louis Stocklmeir APPLICANT: May Investment Company ADDRESS: 21060 Homestead Road, Cupertino., California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. The following revisions to elevation of Unit 28 shall Unit 12 shall be set as loi practice. (c) Exhibit D-1 at Lot 24 as per site plan Exhibits D, D-1 and D-2 shall be made (a) pad be lowered to 339.5 ft. (b) pad elevation of a as possible consistent with sound engineering shall be modified to reflect a 20 ft. driveway Exhibit A. 9. That a revised grading plan reflecting pertinent conditions of approval enumerated in this Resolution No. 656 shall be submitted to staff for review and approval prior to commencement of any on -site grading. 10. Prior to commencement of any on -site grading, the applicant will submit to staff a comprehensive inventory of all trees on the property to include trunk diameter, specie, general condition, and showingwhichtrees if any are to be removed. The applicant must also include a plan for installation of protective devices around trees which will be retained on the site. 11.
