OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF LANDSCAPING FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL FACILITY
AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT C.

ADDRESS: 20310 Stevens Creek Boulevard
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North Side of Stevens Creek Boulevard between Vista Drive
and De Anza Boulevard
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the earth within the 25 ft. setback area fronting on Stevens Creek
Boulevard shall be mounded to a maximum height of 2 ft. and shall be
done on both sides of the driveway entrance.
9. That the applicant shall add three raphiolepsis indica at the southwest
corner of the 25 ft. setback area and west of the front walkway.
10. That the applicant shall add one raphiolepsis indica to the east side of
front walkway and within the 25 ft. setback area.
11. That the two eucalyptus polyanthemus in the southeast corner of the 25 ft.
setback area east of the driveway entrance shall be changed to two 15 G.C.
pyrus kawakamii (evergreen pear).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
