OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDIN,c APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF ARCHITECTURE WITH SPECIFIC REGARD
TO SELECTION OF COLOR FOR THE ROOF OF AN EXISTING
RESTAURANT FACILITY AS NOTED ON EXHIBIT B.

FINDINGS:
1. That the color selectiop approved in this Resolution No. 654 shall not
preclude the applicant's choice to return the roof to its color prior
to being painted orange, nor is the applicant constrained from approaching
this Committee at a future time for approval.of an alternative roof
color selection.
2. This statement of findings is based on the procedural authority of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee as specified in the rules and
regulations of said Committee, Part III, Section A, Paragraph 37, Sub-
part b.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Blaine, Bond, Irvine, Chairwoman Sallan
