EXTENSION OF APPROVAL FOR SITE, ARCHITECTURE,
LANDSCAPING AND GRADING FOR FOUR APARTMENT UNITS
AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION NO. 563 OF THE
ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE.
