All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
That portion of the 0.512 acre parcel of land described in the
deed from R. Cali & Bro., a Cslifornia corporation to Alfred J.
Cali, trustee of the Cali Revocable Trust dated April 19, 1983
and S. J. Cali, trustee of the Edward S. J. Cali 1972 Trust
l(Rev.) dated June 20, 1972, as amended, recorded in Book I 867
of Official Records at page 314, Ssnta Clars County Records,
lying essterly of a line parallel with and distant westerly 63.00
feet measured at right angles from the monumented centerline of
De Anza Boulevard (formerly Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road); as shown on
the attached plat which is by this reference made a part hereof.
Containing 0.0089 acres, more or less.
Together with a fifteen foot (15') temporary construction
easement, for the purpose of installation of public improvements
and public utilities lying westerly and contiguous to the street
and public utility easement described above; as shown on the
