PROPERTY OWNER: Pete Camarda APPLICANT: United Auto Parts (Rich Jones and Chuck Perez) ADDRESS: 20310 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North Side of Stevens Creek Boulevard between Vista Drive and De Anza Boulevard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the three (3) parking stalls on the east side of the front walkway be set approximately 10 feet further east than is shown on Exhibit A, and subject to staff approval. 9. Construction of the sound wall at the north property line will be as proposed of Sierra precast concrete sections, with the applicant to submit design details for staff approval at the building permit stage. 10. Changes in existing signs on the site shall be as proposed on the above - referenced exhibits. 11. The landscaping portion of this application shall be continued to September 8, 1976. 12.
