OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR THE REMODF�LING OF AN ,
EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS
A (EXCLUSIVE OF LANDSCAPING INFORMATION), AND B.
PROPERTY OWNER: Pete Camarda

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North Side of Stevens Creek Boulevard between Vista Drive

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the three (3) parking stalls on the east side of the front walkway
be set approximately 10 feet further east than is shown on Exhibit A,
and subject to staff approval.
9. Construction of the sound wall at the north property line will be as
proposed of Sierra precast concrete sections, with the applicant to submit
design details for staff approval at the building permit stage.
10. Changes in existing signs on the site shall be as proposed on the above -
referenced exhibits.
11. The landscaping portion of this application shall be continued to
September 8, 1976.
12. Approved colors for the building will be toffee beige with Barcelona Brown
trim.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
