OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
THE MODIFICATION OF ARCHITECTURE FOR A COMMERCIAL
BUILDING AS SHOWN ON EXHIBT B 2ND REVISION.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Approval for this application is based upon Exhibit B 2nd Revision as that
exhibit delineates the roofing material, and the south and east elevations
of the building.
9. That the Rosemarinus and Raphiolepsis plantings indicated on Exhibit C
of this application shall be reversed in their positions shown on that
exhibit.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
