OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF. THE CITY OF CLPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS AS DISPLAYED ON EXHIBIT
B-1 PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the deck structure to the rear of Unit One shall be six (6) feet in
width maximum and shall extend to the end of the southwest corner of the
building.
9. That the catwalk structure on the northeast corner of Unit Four shall be
removed to a distance of two (2) feet west from the northeast corner
such that no portion of any deck structure on Unit Four extends beyond
the front of the building.
10. Fireplace flues on Units Two and Three shall be covered in a siding material
similar to that employed on the rest of the building.
11. A detailed drawing pertinent to these conditions of approval noted above
shall be submitted to staff prior to referral of this application to the
City Council.

12. That a standard window size as per original approval (Exhibit B 3rd Revision)
shall be installed in the existing door opening onto the former catwalk
structure of Unit Four.
Note: The Committee finds, and has informed the applicant that this approval shall
be inoperative should the City Attorney rule that reopening of the public
hearing at which these actions are taken is an inappropriate Committee
procedure.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 1976, at the adjourned regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
