OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
DESIGN, MATERIALS, AND LOCATION OF A SOUND WALL FOR
A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS INDICATED
ON EXHIBIT C 1ST REVISION -ALTERNATIVE 1.

ADDRESS: 10050 North Wolfe Road, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Easterly and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard approximately
625 ft. northerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and North De Anza Boulevard
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. A minimum setback of 50 ft. from the curb line of De Anza Boulevard shall be
maintained for the wall's position.
9. The wall shall maintain a consistent height above grade of six (6) feet.
Grade breaks of six (6) inches or less shall occur only at lot lines
and shall be as few as possible consistent with sound engineering practice.
Special Note: Approval of the above -referenced exhibit is for location and
design of sound wall only. No approval of landscaping is
implied by reference to Exhibit C 1st Revision -Alternative 1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 1976, at the adjourned regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
