HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 646HC -51,264.2 RESOLUTION NO. 646 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR REMODELING OF AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION FACILITY AS INDICATED ON EXHIBIT A, B, and C (MODIFIED TO REFLECT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OUTLINED BELOW). PROPERTY OWNER: Urich Enterprises, Inc. APPLICANT: USA Petroleum Corporation ADDRESS: 1633 - 26th Street, Santa Monica, California 90404 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast Quadrant of Blaney Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the planting island between the curb cuts on Stevens Creek Boulevard shall be increased to a minimum depth of five (5) feet. 9. That the applicants will present to staff at the building permit stage a proposal for the planter area on Stevens Creek Boulevard between the curb cuts which reflects an increase in the amount of trees and shrubbery over that indicated on Exhibit C. 10. That the landscaping along the southerly property line be increased to a minimum width of eight (8) feet and shall extend from the west to east property lines of the service station site. 11. That the plantings on the corner triangle of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue shall be maintained at a maximum height of four (4) ft.
