OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A SIGN PROGRAM INCLUDING AN EXCEPTION TO SECTION
6.041 OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE TO PERMIT INSTALLATION
OF A GROUND SIGN ON A LOT WITH LESS THAN REQUIRED
LINEAR FRONTAGE ON A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FOR AN
EXISTING PROFESSIONAL CENTER AS DESCRIBED ON
EXHIBITS F, F-i, F-2 and F-3. APPROVAL OF THE
SIGN EXCEPTION IS RECOMMENDED BASED ON CRITERIA

ADDRESS: 10383 Torre Avenue, Suite #1, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Torre Avenue approximately 420 feet north of
the intersection of Torre Avenue and Pacifica Avenue
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Color selections on the proposed ground sign shall match those already
in use on the office center buildings, and shall be subject to staff approval.
9. The proposal outlined on the above specified exhibits shall constitute the
sign program for all existing and future development in the Torre Professional
Center.
10. That those signs described on Exhibit F-2- as hanging signs shall be suspended
above the sidewalk level in such a manner as to provide a minimum clearance
of 7 ft. to the bottom of the sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
