OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A SIGN PLAN FOR AN EXISTING FURNITURE RETAIL OUTLET
AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS C, F, F —l.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Copy color for this sign shall be as closely equivalent as possible to
pan tone matching system #121.
9. That the copy reading "Lazy Boy Showcase" shall be separated from the
rest of the copy on the sign by the addition of a one-half inch wide
wood strip to be of the same color as the light colored wood of the
sign supporting structure.
10.. That an evergreen variety shrub shall be substituted for the proposed
cotoneaster in the planter area beneath the sign subject to staff approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of. Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
