OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
LANDSCAPING AND A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING
FINANCIAL BUILDING AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS C, F,
AND F-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Northern California Savings and Loan

ADDRESS: 10250 South De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of De Anza Boulevard and Rodrigues Avenue
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That illumination to the approved drive -up window will be turned off
at the clone of banking hours.
9. Two additional Xylosma shall be added to the east end of theparking lot
planter strip adjacent to Rodrigues Avenue.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
