PROPERTY OWNER: _Gruhin, Horth & Lawless Properties APPLICANT: Lucky Stores, Inc. (Gemco) ADDRESS: 1701 Marina Boulevard, San Leandro, California 94577 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. Location of signs on the remodeled automotive service building shall be subject to staff approval consistent with provisions of the sign ordinance. Color of said signs. shall be the same as the red "Gemco" sign on the front of the existing retail building. 9. That the planter area on the north end of the eastern most bank of parking stalls shall be changed to a "pork chop" configuration. 10. That the proposed Raphiolepsis to be installed along Bandley Drive shall be changed to a specie which will obtain a height of six to seven feet, the selection of which will be subject to staff approval. 11. The applicant shall install Hollywood Junipers in the raised planter area along the east elevation of the automotive service building.
