OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF THE MODIFICATION OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE,
LANDSCAPING, GRADING AND LIGHTING FOR TENNIS
COURTS AS AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SHOPPING
CENTER COMPLEX AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A 1st
REVISION, B-3, C 1ST REVISION AND D 1ST REVISION.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the evergreen trees to be planted on the east side of Linnet Way shall
continue the same landscaping theme already established by the existing
trees north of this project.
9. Lighting from the tennis courts along Linnet Way shall be subject to
review by this Committee upon receipt of complaints of lighting privacy
intrusion into the adjacent neighborhood.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 1976, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
