RESOLUTION NO. 825
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING, AND
APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A FREE STANDING SAVINGS
AND LOAN BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Bandley Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed development conforms to urban design guidelines contained
in Resolution No. 330 of this Committee.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B and F of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The property owner shall execute the cooperative traffic circulation agreements
required by Conditions 17 and 20 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1750
prior to issuance of development permits.
11. Exhibit A shall be revised as follows at the building permit level:
a. Reduce the width of the existing public sidewalk to 5'.
b. Increase driveway apron width to 32' at back of walk.
c. Delete proposed wall on east property line.
d. Provide pedestrian path linking the subject site to property adjoining on
the east.
e. Add a 5' wide walk connecting the parking area to the south building entry.
12. The landscape portion of this application is continued to a date uncertain. A
revised landscape plan shall be approved by the ASAC prior to issuance of building
permits.

13. The proposed ground sign shown on Exhibit A shall be eliminated. One wall
sign shall be permitted at each public entry, to be either Type A or Type B
as shown on Exhibit F. The proposed directional sign Type C as shown on
Exhibit F is not approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1978 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
