PROPERTY OWNER: Brad and Anna Webber APPLICANT: Brad and Anna Webber ADDRESS: 10690 Stokes Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 PROPERTY LOCATION: Tract 6028, Lot 5, Regnart Canyon --------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed grading plan indicates satisfactory compliance with grading/building morphology standards contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1649. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. Tn the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit D and D-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The subject grading plan is approved in concept; final approval of on -site grading work shall be subject to staff approval prior to issuance of grading permit.
