OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
GRADING FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME WITHIN TIIE REGNART
CANYON HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed grading plan indicates satisfactory compliance with
grading/building morphology standards contained in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1649.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. Tn
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit D and D-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The subject grading plan is approved in concept; final approval of on -site
grading work shall be subject to staff approval prior to issuance of grading
permit. Staff may refer any significant revisions to the conceptual grading
plan to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee for review prior to
issuance of grading permit.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
