HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 856HC -51,474.1 RESOLUTION NO. 856 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FACILITY AND RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT. PROPERTY OWNER: Terrence Rose APPLICANT: Devcon Construction Inc. ADDRESS: 425 Lakeside Drive, Sunnyvale, California 94086 PROPERTY LOCATION: Corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the site layout and architectural concepts as amended by conditions contained in this resolution substantially satisfy the intent of conditions imposed by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 1890. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The west elevation as portrayed in Exhibit B is not approved at this time. The applicant shall submit a revision thereof to the ASAC for approval prior issuance of building permit; said revision shall incorporate City of Cupertino Building Department parapet requirements as well as architectural treatment to the satisfaction of ASAC. 11. The landscaping portion of subject application is not approved at this time. Said plan shall be submitted for approval by ASAC prior to issuance of building permits. 12. Exhibit A shall be modified at the building permit level to incorporate a 6 ft. high masonry wall on the northern property line of subject site adjacent to residential properties. Appearance details of said wall shall be submitted for staff approval. 13. A pedestrian walk on the east elevation of the building shall be linked to Stevens Creek Boulevard, subject to staff approval at the building permit level. -1- }IC -51,474 .1 RESOLUTION NO. 856 (continued) 14. The signing and lighting portions of subject application are not approved at this time, and are continued to a date uncertain.
