OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING SIGNING FOR AN
EXISTING MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL CENTER.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed sign design as depicted on Exhibit F 1st Revision is
consistent with sign program criteria approved for subject commercial
center by Architectural and Site Approval Committee Resolution No. 552.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F 1st Revision of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit F 1st Revision shall be modified at the building permit level to reflect:
a. #2418 dark brown copy and #2146 ivory background.
11. The ASAC or its staff shall retain authority to review and require correction
of off -site light intrusion impacts from signs installed on the subject site
prior to this approval.

PASSED AND. ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
