RESOLUTION NO. 852
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOtll NDING APPROVAL
OF SITE AND LANDSCAPING FOR THAT PORTION IN THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO WHICH IS AN ENTRY WAY TO A 200+
UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF LOS ALTOS.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed site and landscape concept is compatible with
the condominium development frontage to the east and •.,ill retain
vehicular access to the adjacent commercial property to the west.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based. on Exhibits A -1, C,
and C-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The final site plan submitted for approval at the building permit level shall
depict the proposed alignment of the parking lot area.
11. A 16 ft. one-way entry shall be provided on the site plan to the adjoining
property west of the subject site. Said location shall he as per portrayed
in Exhibit B 1st Revision.
12. The property owner shall record reciprocal ingress/egress easement between
the subject site and the adjoining property fronting on Homestead Road located
immediately adjacent and to the west (Assessor's Parcel No. 326-1-24). If
the subject property and the adjoining property are under one ownership at the
time of filing for building permits, the easement agreements
shall be recorded simultaneously with any transfer of ownership at no cost
to the City.
13. The driveway entrance to Homestead Road shall be permitted to be a minimum
of 30 ft. in width at curb cut.

14. The final landscape plan shall incorporate all features of Exhibit B-1
with remaining planting materials depicted in Exhibit B 1st Revision. The
number and arrangement of all landscape materials shall be subject to
staff approval.
15. Evergreen trees with a minimum size of 15 gallon shall be included in the
final landscape plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
