RESOLUTION NO. 851
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LANDSCAPING FOR A
THREE -UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed site layout and architectural concept are consistent
with the approvals granted under Planning Commission Resolution No. 1857.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, and C of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit A shall be modified to reflect a sound barrier height of 7' referenced
from lowest pad elevation.
11. The sound barrier shall be constructed of stone subject to staff approval.
12. Final building plans submitted for approval shall detail mechanical ventilation
requirements and window glass/frame specifications as contained in the
acoustical report prepared by Edward L. Pack Associates, Incorporated dated
June 9, 1978.
13. Subject to staff approval Exhibit C shall be modified to delete Juniferus C.
Coasti Aureau along the Foothill Boulevard frontage in favor of planting
materials attaining a vigorous and informal nature.
14. Exhibit C shall by modified to note 12" o.c. placement of ground cover
flats.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
