RESOLUTION NO. 849
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL CENTER.

PROPERTY LOCATION: Northwest quadrant - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with signing allowed
for general commercial facilities as specified in Section 6.03 of
Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F 1st Revision, F-1
and F-2 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The Building "B" signing program is not approved at this time. Subject to
review and approval by ASAC is continued to a date uncertain in order that
the applicant may submit a revised proposal thereof.
11. The ground sign depicted on Exhibit F 1st Revision shall be modified as
follows:
a. "Alco" colors: Background - Rust #2308; Lettering - Ivory #2146.
b. "Real Estate World" colors: Background - Ivory #2146; Lettering -
Rust #2308; Logo - Ivory #2146 and Blue #2114.
c. The bottom panel portion of ground sign shall be enclosed by dark
brown wood material until such time as Building "B" signing is approved.
12. The Building "A" wall -mounted signs depicted on Exhibit F-2 shall be modified
in lettering and logo colors as per approved ground sign.
13. The ASAC or its staff shall retain authority to review and require correction
of off -site light intrusion impacts from signs installed on the subject
site pursuant to this approval.

14. All existing temporary or construction/contractor signs currently displayed
on the subject site shall be removed prior to installation of any sign approved
under this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
