OF THE ARCPITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SINGLE -TENANT
GROUND SIGN FOR A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Lazaneo Investment (James Walker)
APPLICANT: Apple Computer, Inc. (Amcoe Sign Company)
ADDRESS: 330 Town & Country Village, Palo Alto, California 94301
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Lazaneo Drive and Bandley Drive
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed ground sign is consistent with provisions specified
in Section 6.05 of Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F, F-1 and Informational 1
(colors only) of this application except as may amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Color scheme of apple graphic portion of sign shall be subject to review
at building permit level to ensure substantial conformance with approved
color rendering. Any significant modification in colors may be subject
to review by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
11. Final location of the subject ground sign shall be subject to staff approval
at the building permit level.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
