OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF UPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR A PROFESSIONAL
OFFICE COMPLEX WITHIN THE TOWN CENTER PLANNING AREA.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Pacifica Drive between Torre Avenue
and De Anza Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application.
1. That the proposed site layout and architectural concept are
consistent with approvals granted under Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1793.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The lighting portion of this application is continued to a date uncertain.
The final lighting plan shall be presented to the ASAC for informal
concurrence prior to issuance of building permits.
11. Trash enclosure location shall be approved by staff at the building permit
level.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1978, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
