OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LANDSCAPING FOR 20
SINGLE-FAMILY CLUSTER HONES.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application.
1. That the proposed development is consistent with the intent and
provisions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1859.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Exhibit A shall be revised at the building permit level as follows:
A. Proposed storage shed on the west elevations of Lots 1 and 2
shall be eliminated or relocated outside limits of the public
utility easement.
11. Exhibit C shall be revised at the building permit level to include a
a landscape screen along the west boundary of the development, and
specimen trees to screen views between adjoining Lots 4 -and 6, 8 and
10, 12 and 14, 16 and 18 per Condition 18 of Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1855.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1978, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
