RESOLUTION NO. 841
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR EIGHT SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES
IN THE MONTA VISTA PLANNING AREA.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest and southeast corners of Byrne Avenue and
Stevens Creek Boulevard

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the scope and character of the proposed development is consistent
with the adopted General Plan Design Guidelines for Monta Vista,
and consistent with approvals granted for this development under
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1861.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the .event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1,
B-2 and B-3 of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Fencing of the type depicted on Exhibit B-3 may be permitted on the
subject site, except as regulated by Conditions 18 and 19 of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1884.
11. The landscape plan for this development shall be submitted and reviewed
by the ASAC prior to issuance of occupancy permits. The plan shall
reflect compliance with the overall intent of the General Plan for
Monta Vista.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1978, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino.
