OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL MATERIALS
FOR A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED THEMATIC RESTAURANT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application.
1. That the proposed modifications are consistent with the thematic
character of the building and its adjacent commercial structure,
and create a stronger tie between the building architecture and
adjoining landscape treatment.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit B 1st Revision of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1978, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
