ADDRESS: 1721 Sixty -Third Street, Berkeley, California 94703 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Valley Green Drive and De Anza Boulevard ----------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application. 1. That the proposed modifications are consistent with the thematic character of the building and its adjacent commercial structure, and create a stronger tie between the building architecture and adjoining landscape treatment. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9.
