HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 838HC -51,227.6 RESOLUTION NO. 838 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING AND APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN WEST VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK. PROPERTY OWNER: The Koll Company APPLICANT: The Koll Company ADDRESS: 3350 Scott Boulevard, Building 14, Santa Clara, California 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Bubb Road between Stevens Creek Boulevard and McClellan Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed development conforms to applicable provisions of the ML (Light Industrial) Zoning Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, A -1, B., E, E -1, and F of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall obtain written consent from the owner of the adjacent property to the north to stripe City Standard 90 degree parking stalls at the south side of the building on that site shown on Exhibit A-1 of this application. Should said adjacent property owner not wish to cooperate in this matter, the applicant shall return to the ASAC or the Planning Commission for site plan revision. 11. Exhibit A of this application is approved only for conceptual landscape information; site layout shall be per Exhibit A -l. 12. Exhibit A-1 shall be revised at building permit level to incorporate suggestions contained in (II) (A) (2) and (II) (C) of the development staff report of September 1, 1978. 13. The applicant shall record a deed restriction and covenant running with the land as approved by the City Attorney providing reciprocal cross vehicular circulation ingress/egress easements and parking area usage with the adjacent property north of the subject site. Said document shall recorded prior to release of building permits. If the applicant is unable to obtain the cooperation of the adjoining owners the applicant will submit a statement approved by the City Attorney agreeing to provide reciprocal circulation parking and ingress/egress easements at such time as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owner. -1- HC -51,227.6 RESOLUTION NO. 838 14.
