OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR AN INDUSTRIAL
BUILDING WITHIN WEST VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Between Nitron and Zilog - 10440 Bubb Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed construction is consistent with the thematic concept
established for similar uses on adjoining parcels, and conforms to the
applicable provisions of the ML (Light Industrial) Zoning Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, and C 1st
Revision of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1978 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
