RESOLUTION NO. 836
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM CONSISTING OF ONE FREE-
STANDING NON -ILLUMINATED STRUCTURE FOR A LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL SITE.

ADDRESS: 20400 Mariani Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Mariani Aveune 900 ft. east of De Anza Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with signing allowed for
lightindustrial facilities provided in Section 6.05 of Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1978 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
