RESOLUTION NO. 834
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LIGHTING FOR EXPANSION OF
AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL FACILITY TO INCLUDE A
MANUFACTURING STRUCTURE AND CAFETERIA COMPLEX.
PROPERTY OWNER: Valico Park, Ltd. (Tandem Computers)
APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd.
ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East of the existing Tandem Computers building

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approvals granted by the
Planning Commission under Resolution No. 1871.
CONDITIONS:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, B-1, C and
D of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. Approval of the subject development is contingent upon final approval by
City Council on the pending amendment to Application 16-U-78 to increase the
permitted enclosed area on the side as specified on Condition 16 of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1870.
11. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain
authority to review lighting intensity of any exterior lighting fixture approved
under this application following installation and to require correction of
off -site intrusion impacts.
