RESOLUTION NO. 833
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY CONSISTING OF
ONE FREESTANDING STRUCTURE.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed ground sign design is consistent with the dimensional
limitations specified in Section 6.03.5 of Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Copy color for the approved sign shall be black against a white background
which shall in turn be enclosed in a stained wooden frame subject to staff
approval.
11. The final location of the subject ground sign shall be subject to staff
approval at the building permit level.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1978 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
