RESOLUTION NO. 831
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE,, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR A SIT-
DOWN FAMILY RESTAURANT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed restaurant development is consistent with use
permit approvals granted by the Planning Commission under its
Resolution No. 1866.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The development landscape plan shall be modified at the building permit level
to reflect substantial conformance with the De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Plan
for design of the 50 ft. parkway frontage setback. The staff shall return
the final proposed solution to the ASAC for informal concurrence prior to
issuance of building permits.
11. Consistent with Condition No. 19 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1866,
the applicant may remove one 20 inch Pine and one unidentified 10 inch specimen
tree from the site.
12. Signing and exterior lighting is continued to a date uncertain.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
