APPLICANT: South County Development Corporation ADDRE 1737 North First Street, 1470, San Jose, California 95126 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard east of Blaney Avenue. F INDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed landscape concept adequately addresses Condition 14 of ASAC Resolution No. 764, and conforms to use permit requirements contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1738. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit C 1st Revision of this application except as may be amended by conditions contained in this resolution.
