RESOLUTION NO. 827
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF LANDSCAPING FOR A RETAIL COI IERCIAL STRUCTURE
PROPERTY OWNER: Aramco Oil Company, Ltd., U.S.A.
APPLICANT: South County Development Corporation
ADDRE 1737 North First Street, 1470, San Jose, California 95126
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard east of Blaney Avenue.
F INDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed landscape concept adequately addresses Condition 14
of ASAC Resolution No. 764, and conforms to use permit requirements
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1738.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit C 1st Revision of
this application except as may be amended by conditions contained in this
resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
