RESOLUTION NO. 826
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF LANDSCAPING AND APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN
PROGRAM FOR A SENIOR CITIZENS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOP-
MENT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Cupertino Road and Foothill Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed landscape plan is submitted in conformance to conditions
specified in ASAC Resolution No. 694.
2. That the proposed sign program, as amended, conforms to the intent and
provisions of Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C 1st Revision,
F, F-i, F-2, and F-3 of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. The ASAC recommends that the depth of Cupertino Road frontage plantings conform
to the approved "contingency parking area plan" Exhibit A-1. The subject
plantings shall include ground cover and irrigation equipment, subject to
availability of project funding.
11. Copy content of the sign depicted on Exhibit F-1 shall be revised subject to
staff approval at building permit level.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
