WHEREAS, John J. Tracy and Bank of America, Trustees and Margaret
Seagraves have executed a Grant of Easement for Public utilities which is
in good and sufficient form, conveying to the city of CUpertino, County of
santa Clara, state of California, easement over certain real property for
public utilities purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit lOA" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof which is as fOllr::MS:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0106 acre located along South DeAnza Boulevard.
NOO, 'mEREFORE, BE: rr RESOLVED, that the city of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
rr IS FURlHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
Thst portion of tbe 0.679 acre (net) parcel shown on the Parcel Map filed for
record in Book 302 of Maps at page 44, Santa Clara County Records lying easterly
of a line parallel with and distant westerly 63.00 feet measured at right angles
from the monumented centerline of De Anza Boulevard; aa shown on the attached
plat which is by this reference made a part hereof.
Containing 0.0106 acres more or less.
Together with a fifteen foot (15') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility easement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which is by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.0575 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
