Tracy and Bank of America, Trustees and Margaret Seagraves have executed a Grant of Easement for Public utilities which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the city of CUpertino, County of santa Clara, state of California, easement over certain real property for public utilities purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, more particularly described in Exhibit lOA" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which is as fOllr::MS: All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approximately 0.0106 acre located along South DeAnza Boulevard. NOO, 'mEREFORE, BE: rr RESOLVED, that the city of CUpertino accept said grant so tendered; and rr IS FURlHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
